About Our Collective
We are a Full Spectrum Doula collective that offers non-judgemental support for in and out of clinic abortions throughout Vancouver B.C. and the lower mainland. We offer both in person and virtual support - by phone and email.
In our experience, abortion can be different for everybody - our team will support you in whatever way you choose to respond to it. We believe that abortion doula support should be accessible to all who seek it.
FSDC is based off an anti-oppressive and reproductive justice model and we acknowledge that we live, work and play on the unceded and traditional territories of the Coast Salish peoples – sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), selÌ“ÃlÌ“witulh (Tsleil-Waututh), and xÊ·məθkÊ·É™yÌ“É™m (Musqueam) nations.
What is an Abortion Doula?
An abortion doula is a trained support person - they offer non-clinical emotional, physical, informational and spiritual care for people seeking abortion.
At FSDC we focus on abortion but our team also supports miscarriage, birth, postpartum, and adoption.
